提供几个我想到的原因： （项目用的不是注解方式）
1、 applicationContext.xml里边<bean>的id写命名有问题，首字母大写可能报错。
2、applicationContext.xml里边<bean>的class类路径引错了。
3、service类里边没引dao，或者命名与 applicationContext.xml里边 <property> name属性不一样。
4、类和接口命名避免关键字（由这种原因出问题还不好找）。
5、例如给service类里边加dao的对象属性注入 ，注意修饰符如public 或private 和对应的get、set方法修饰符一致（建议自动生成）。
